Making A Purchase Product Prices
The price of goods charged shall be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order.
If you order a large portion-size meal and it is not available in that portion size, then we will endeavour to supply the same number of total portions but in smaller tray sizes. Your card will not be charged extra if the price of these smaller trays is greater than the ordered amount. All of our products do not currently attract VAT as Valet d'Anniviers is not VAT registered. This status may change at any time. We do not operate a minimum order level of food products, however, delivery will incur a charge of CHF 8 per food delivery, with free delivery on any orders over CHF 150.00 to a single address in the Val d'Anniviers region. Prices of goods shown on our website do not include delivery charges.

Vouchers and Discounts
From time to time we may offer vouchers and discounts. Some vouchers may not be usable in conjuction with other offers. Specifically this includes vouchers which allow a total percentage discount on orders, and money off vouchers for specific products. Please check your voucher expiry dates as they do have a time limit and we do want you to have the opportunity to use them. Each voucher code may be used only once per household and Valet d'Anniviers Sàrl reserves the right to refuse a sale if it feels that rule is not being adhered to. Different households may receive different offers.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be used for all our food and beverage products. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a voucher. Valet d'Anniviers Sàrl is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not, furthermore we reserve the right to refuse any vouchers which have been mutilated, damaged or defaced. Vouchers are only valid with the unique serial number and for the amount printed next to it.
Shipping And Handling The standard local delivery charge is 8 Swiss Francs.
