Summer Activities

If you want to explore the beautiful walks in the Val d’Anniviers region but would really like to have a guide to either show you some good itineraries or maybe some routes you have not tried before then we can organise your mountain guide for you. This can be for anything from half a day to a few days organised walking in the mountain, including staying in some traditional rustic mountain cabanes.

The highest bungee jump from a suspended bridge in Europe is in Val d’Anniviers. We can book you in for a jump or maybe you’d prefer a go on the 150m giant swing, the trampoline, or have a more sedate round of mini golf. Whatever you fancy we can take care of organising the details. The park is open April to October at weekends, and every day mid July to mid August.

You have an opportunity to canyon down through the gorge which leads from Moiry to Grimentz. This canyon has lots of variety, for amateurs and professionals alike.

If you would like to have a night or 2 away from it all we can book a mountain cabane for you. This is usually dormitory based accommodation, with a hearty dinner and a filling breakfast included in the price - its a great experience

If you would like to experience mountain biking then we can organise local bike (and helmet) hire. We can also provide detailed maps and itineraries, packed lunches or organise lunch reservations etc to make sure your day out is as enjoyable as possible.

Have you ever tried hurtling down a mountain in summer on a scooter? If not, it is an experience not to be missed. We can book the scooters and safety equipment for you - these are then available to collect from the funicular station at St Luc, or the top of the Vercorin gondola. This activity is suitable for children over 12 and adults only,

If you are a golfing enthusiast you are spoilt for choice in Valais. There are courses in Crans sur Sierre, Sierre, Sion, Leuk, Matterhorn, Riederalp, Source de Rhone and Verbier. Even if you are a beginner there are courses where you can play without a handicap certificate. We can book tee times, arrange hire of equipment and provide detailed directions and maps to the courses.
