Menu for the Catered Week

Saturday - Boeuf Bourguignon with potato and celeriac puree, followed by apple and sultana crumble
Sunday - Chicken breast strips cooked in a mango and cumin sauce served with couscous, followed by sticky toffee pudding
Monday - Normandy pork casserole served with noodles, followed by chocolate brownies
Tuesday - Coq au vin served with mashed potatoes, followed by chocolate apple betty
Wednesday - Lasagne with mixed green leaves, French dressing and garlic bread, followed by tarte au citron
Thursday - Chicken breast stuffed with lardons and cheese, served with dauphinoise potatoes, followed by tiramisu
Friday - Chilli con carne served with rice and tortilla chips, followed by chocolate mousse

Saturday - Spicy root and lentil casserole with potato and celeriac puree, followed by apple and sultana crumble
Sunday - Vegetable tagine served with couscous, followed by sticky toffee pudding
Monday - Mushroom stroganoff with noodles, followed by chocolate brownies
Tuesday - Bean and tomato stew with mashed potates, followed by chocolate apple betty
Wednesday - Aubergine and lentil moussaka, followed by tarte au citron
Thursday - Vegetarian shepherds pie, followed by tiramisu
Friday - Mixed bean chilli served with rice and tortilla chips, followed by chocolate mousse
